do any of you guys use the moultree d40 camera if so have you got the solar setup? How well does it work for y'all?

This thread will become a hit if SMART finds it Most everyone trash talks the D40's but I use 10 of them in Mexico and havent had a single issue. I havent tried the solor setup though.... not really wanting to spend $700 at one time! I may try one for my Albert lease though!

No solar setups but I have three that work fine.

i have 3 D40's all set up with the Moultree Power Panel and they work like a charm. I had one camera loose it's flash last year and sent it in and had a new one on my door step within a week to replace it. I am a Happy customer

They are decent cheapos. I have had problems out of 3 of them but had all three replaced. The flash seems to go out and then it just takes black night photos. Battery life is bad w/no solar panel. I bought the Moultree solar panel and the batteries last quite a while.
