Your opinion of the KEL-Tec F9
It kicks like a mother. My sister has one and I don't care for it at all. I have large hands and it is in no way comfortable. My sister has much smaller hands and it fits her much better. That being said my P3AT is about the sane way. They are "get away from me guns" only.

I just picked up one for $250 w/ 3 mags and the case at pawn shop. Looks brand new. I like the way it feels and looking forward to shooting it. I read some good reviews on this firearm, most said it wasn't that fun to shoot but is great for cc. I wanted it for the lease mostly so I don't have to carry service weapon anymore. I like that its a 9mm and is so thin.

I have a kel tec p3at that I have nearly 1k rounds though it with no failures until last month. The hammer spring finally broke after that many rounds and being carried in my sweaty front pocket for 3 years. Don't let the haters scare you off. There are probably plenty of dead folks from the receiving end of a kel tec weapon.

Some people bash kel tecs, but I have P32 and it is the only pistol I own (have glock, springfield 1911, three smiths/wessons, Walther, kahr, Ruger, and maybe one I am forgetting lol) and the kel tec is the ONLY one that has NEVER jammed or let me down no matter what ammo used and I have shot it more than most of the other guns I have

I've owned two KT's and a very good friend owned one. Out of those three, two had to go back to the factory. The other (P3AT) would eat anything and never had a malfunction. That was not true of the other ones.
I guess it is hit or miss with them. If you get a good one out of the factory then it might last a lifetime and shoot any kind of ammo. If you get a bad one, good luck.
The problem with that is that such a high percentage of KT's fit into the bad category. My friend sent his back to the factory twice at $25 a hit. Any company can put out a bad product from time to time. It seems that KT's are more than that.
I'm not a hater and my P3AT was one of the best guns that I have ever owned but the reality has shown me that they are not consistent in quality control.
At least my LCP had the factory pay for the shipping when it was recalled. It functioned fine before and after.

I carry either a Kel Tec P3AT or a P11 Daily. I love them both and both have been 100% reliable. I had the P11 duracoated and the guy doing it lost the Extractor. I called KelTec to order another and they sent me the Extractor, Springs, and pin FREE! They have great Customer Service!!!!! I too want the PF9.
