Dimsum around Plano

Anyone know of a good dimsum place around Plano. My wife is wanting to go eat some and I have only had it in San Francisco.

There is one place I tried in Richardson but is was only open to dimsum on the weekend. Looking to go on a weeknight.

there is one at the sw corner of legacy and 75, right next to the asian world market. the name, i think is JC Chen. or in richardson at greenville and belt line, maxim and kiren court.

Its a chinese meal that consists of various dumplin like meals
