Well I went to the base trapper to pick up some pigs for our unit function coming up in July. They had asked for 4-5 pigs about 40lbs each. Well he delivered for us and then some. He asked if I wanted any extras and of course I answered with a He11 Yeah! He told us to take the remaining pigs for ourselves. I ended up cleaning a total of 14 pigs the other day after work and taught 6 people in the process on hot to gut and skin pigs. In the group of pigs were 2 piglets. I gave one to one of the guys along with a nice 40lb pig and 2 40lb pigs to my other buddy. I ended up with a piglet and 2 40lb roasters. The other couple that was there had 2 pigs that I showed how to gut and skin so they could get processed. Well tonight I decided to try and BBQ the little pig and here's what I ended up with........................
