Sucks when your lack of integrity catches up with you. Hearing about issues like this slaps us who paid our dues in the classroom to get that piece of paper. Like LEgdog, I'll proudly show my paper diplomas and transcripts to a potential employer.

Legdog Watch out with that diploma you posted, someone may decide to use it to get a job!!!

BTW- I would be willing to take the job Kemos gave up and will accept a salary for exactly 2/3rds of his pay. I promise to maintain integrity and will meet / exceed all performance metrics. Resume, transcripts, and valid references available upon request.

We would love to have you. Many UT kids come to grad school at aTm and get converted. So, I'm sure we could convert you

I concur with Casey as it happens more than you think

here are just 2 examples in the college coaching ranks , I'm sure there are plenty more

... this guy needs no summary .... In 2001, ND had major egg on their face

From 2000-2004, Glynn Cyprien was the asst BB coach under Eddie Sutton at Okie State. 2 weeks after being hired by Louisiana-Lafayette in 2004, he was shown the door for lying on his resume'.

Remember Kevin Hart ? this poor 18 yr old kid lied about a CFB scholarship just so he could get his name in lights

He must've learned that in the SEALS!!!! LOL

While I do somewhat agree with the above statement, the fact remains that he lied and whether he could do the job better than others or not, does not negate the fact that he lied. I don't care if he lied about his education, which to me, is no different than lying about work experience or anything else on a resume. If someone is willing to lie about information on a resume, who knows what else they might be able to justify lying about. To me, its a character issue, and that is something that education and/or work experience may not teach. I vote to cut him loose.

Aren't there about half a dozen guys on this site with "Aggie" somewhere in their handle?

So where are these guys when you want an "unbiased" opinion?

Funny thing is, we've all met our share of "Navy SEALs"... has anyone ever met a "Navy Cook"?

Here is an "unbiased" Aggie opinion, i feel for the guys family due to the lies and lack of integrity. There is only one cure for what happened that is to admit, confess and ask for forgiveness from Jesus Christ and all the ones you hurt w/ the lies and deception. that is a hard lesson to learn.

The only thing I can say is I am in no position to judge due to my own sin that I have to deal w/ do to my fallen nature.

This is in no way supporting what the man did.
