    Smart Water......

    Anybody drink this Smart Water?.....

Been drinking nothing but water the last two months kicking cokes, diet cokes and sweet tea out of the mix and was curious if this Glaceau Smart Water that is supposed to replace electrolytes and a couple of minerals (magnesium, potassium etc) was legit and does what it says or is it worthless like the sugar laced Vitamin Water??

    Thanks

Ive had it several times, but just tasted like really good regular ol water to me. I wouldnt think there were any sugar addatives or anything like that.

I'll be nice. Gatorade G2 is my choice. Smart water is ok but I still work for the government.

I like the G2 as well. I gave up sodas for Lent and haven't picked back up on them since. I do drink Tea, but I'm an Unsweet Tea kind of guy. Try the G2 it's pretty good.

After my own google last night, I figured I'd ask some that might actually use it or know more about it that who could give a true opinion.....Maybe we can get 1369, Leftridge or another guru in here to answer the question if you can't handle it.......LOL....

That would have been my first choice, but no sugar for me.....also trying to stay away from artificial sweeteners....

                            Jason,

I know I have had a couple of them but cant remember what the facts are on the back. YOu just have to be careful with alot of those so called good for you waters. Some of them have more sugar then cokes. Check the backs of them and make sure. Sobe Life water has none of the bad stuff. But be careful as there are two differnt kinds of Sobe Life water and one has lots of sugar...

If you doing this from a stand point to lose weight you want to stay away from any carbonated drinks as well as fructoise corn syrup or any corn syrup. This is what is used for sweetner in place of straight sugar. ITs 10 x worse for you as well....

If your looking to healthy and get all the minerals and what not your body needs look into some muscle milk.... You can drink the light and it only has 100 calolires 3 grams of fat and no sugar.. Its semi sweet for the craving us fat boys desire but its packed witih all the good stuff.. Almost 600 grams of potassium per serving which we need for our muscles. Carrying around all this weight is a work out...

Start takingi some One a Day *energy* vitamins. These will help for all you need as well.. Will also give you a boost of energy.

Then just drink regular water or fruit 2 0 which is flavored water but has nothing in it other then natural flavor. l

As good as water can taste on a hot day it does leaving you desiring somethign with flavor after a while... THe flavored water is a good source for that as well as the muscle milk. It will keep you in line where you need to me...

If you have a same card you can pick these items up there and will save a bunch of money on them versus buying them anywhere else..

The only other thing I do is I buy the 5 hour energys in builk at sams as well and have one every morning with my vitiamin. I will take a second before heading to the gym or softball on Tuesdays. If i have to work late in the shop i will have anothe one as well..

They work great for slow natural energy and not a major boost out of now where and then the crash. I have to say its the one product in a long time that actually does what the commercial says it does...

                            Hope this gets you thinking
