    Window Stickers

Let me start by saying that I proudly have my TBH sticker displayed on my back window of my truck and will continue to do so. My concern is do other hunting, gun, bow, etc related stickers/decals on back windows make my vehicle a target for theives or do you think they are a deterrant?

Living in Houston I realize that vehicle breakins are possible/probable so I remove valuable items from my car whenever possible but have had to replace broken windows/busted door locks on vehicles before and the cost is a burden to say the least.

By decals I mean bow manufacturer stickers, hunting related stickers(Ducks Unlimited, deer silouettes, TTHA, etc), NRA, etc. If I were to think like a thief you would assume that those vehicles would have valuables in them because those hobbies require a lot of gadgets and gizmos.

I live in a tiny neighborhood by Hobby. This thought has also thumped me. Does it change my house's safety? Wow he may have some cool stuff in there....

Do you put out boxes when you buy a TV or a computer or some stereo equipment for the garbage men to pick/up?
That is just as bad a window shopper sign in neighborhoods.

I live down a private road and my neighbors are always home, so no I'm not worried. I also drive a 1998 dodge truck that has peeling paint. They'll break in to a brand new truck before they break into mine.

Im proud of who I am and what I do.
Therefore I refuse to let low life scum deter me from showing others this is what I like to do and who I support.
When we start letting the streets determine what we do we will be prisioners in our own homes.

So I guess I should I remove the sticker that says "Mobile Showroom -Traveling Diamond and Platinum Sales" (Sorry, couldn't resist the smart-azz comment) Seriously I think it's hard to guess what goes through a thiefs mind...
