Thanks for all the "congrats" everyone, I appreciate it. When I get back to town I'll send out a blow by blow with vid/pics. Now that Mr. T is in the freezer, I'm sitting in a tripod in the north pasture looking for one of those elusive axis bucks. Feeder goes off in 10 min, more to come!

Very slow morning for target animals. 2 WT bucks, 3 WT does and a young Sika buck. I sent a pic of my setup to Steve. Hopefully he can get it posted.

Not much this am. Went out to fill a couple feeders and spoted a good axis @ about 1000 yrds. Tried to get around him, but missed him by 5 min. Saw him on another hill racking a tree. Made second approach from opposite side of the hill. We were able to get within 20 yards. Unfortunately he bedded down with another axis that caught us, game over!
