Question about TV reception

I do alot of camping in my travel trailer and I like to watch TV on my downtime.

I have an antenna with a booster on it, and after the digital change took place I still got my handfull of local stations where I camped.

A few weeks ago the pvc sleeve that supports the antenna broke. At that point I basically did not have recepetion. I repaired the pvc and now I can adjust the antenna up and down, but I don't get the stations I used to.

If I put a digital converter box on it do you think it would help, or do I just need a new antenna?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am thinking you might try the converter box. we had the same problem at our lease and one of the guys put a box on, and though we only got local stations, it was better than nothing. Hope it works good luck.
