I am watching it again tonight and I am a little put out.
Why is it that at every game in Philadelphia they sing "God Bless America" and NOT the National Anthem???
They sing the Anthem in Chicago?
What is up with that???

Don't get me wrong, I like both songs. I am just accustonmed to the National Anthem being played at the start of these games...

They have done it that way for almost 4 decades. I don't like it but that's how it is. Much like the stars hollering stars everytime the word star is mentioned in the anthem.
Chicago cheers/ sings/ hollers through the whole thing.
