Certainly Sippy is a little sore, himself, from getting nocked off his feet by a couple of fly balls.

My hammy is tight and extremely sore this morning. It woke me up several times last night. I'm trying to keep it stretched, and hopefully it'll get better quickly.

let see got out of bed 30 mins,,, long hot shower not rushed cause im late for work.... Playing around on tbh..... Go to lowes for a little bit and get some supplys then spend 3 or 4 hours down town working on my job and be home by 5pm.....
