I have been chasing gator gar in this bayou in clear lake for a couple of years now, well the other night i went to do some catfishing under a bridge, and the streetlights from the bridge were shining in the water, there were tons of needle nose and spotted gar, but about every 15 min, about a six or seven foot gator gar would surface, no joke. So i will be returning tonight with my bow, be prepared for a report tomorrow.
