Is $129.00 for a Rock River Arms stripped lower reasonable? I want to build an AR, but I'm gonna have to purchase parts as I save up. I figure that the lower reciever is where to start.

I would jump up to a billet in the $175 range before I would pay $130 for a rra.
You should be able to find a good forged lower closer to the $100 window. Have you checked with spikes for a complete and maybe save up to have it ready to go?? You will probably need time to make up your mind for the rest anyway.
