    Switchback xt ?

What years were the sbxt produced? And would this bow be a good back up bow?

Around 2005 and it would be a great backup bow or main bow. I have one for a backup bow

Heck..That is still a front runner bow for a ton of hunters.

The only way it would be a back up on my hunt would be for me to buy another one! I like it better than the newer models since because it has a little more weight. A little weight makes the bow easier to settle the pins with.

I still have mine, but I don't consider it a backup.
I still take it hunting every now and then ... it was the only bow I took to Canada last year on a bear hunt.

great info... I've got the chance to trade my elite synergy for this bow and may take advantage of it.

I would shoot it over the Mathews I currently shoot if I had one.

I have an 07 SBXT and dont see myself upgrading anytime soon. it was my first high end bow, but I have yet to see anything better come along, other than a little more speed

Have a SB XT as my primary bow now, and like Javelin above, I have no plans to upgrade in the near future. Handles well in tight spots, tack driving accuracy, deadly quiet, and comfortable to shoot.

I just got the Z7 and thought the sbxt would be a great back up, starting to re-consider...which will have a better re-sale value?
