Also, please understand it's practically impossible to answer every PM & email we receive daily (38 in the last 24 hours for example), when added to normal daily tasks and our "real" lives.

I know Mary's email/PM volume has to be double or triple this daily, so please show the utmost patience.

And as a rule of thumb, it'd be a good idea to assume that most of the time no response is an answer of no.
