Ever come across a mushroom like this?

My wife and I where doing some work at the lease yesterday and came across this. This is the biggest freakin' mushroom I have ever seen! Has anyone else run across one of these? Anybody know what it is?

We have them all over our cow pastures and I have always heard the ones that grow in the meadow muffins weren't safe to eat.

If it grows out of a cow pattie thats the one they used to boil and drink. Some never came back. Very powerful drug

Looks like a King Boletus.
If it is, they're very tasty, somewhat like a Portabella shroom.
Don't try it until confirmed, as I'm not sure.

Texas Toadstool Mushroom. Pretty sure you would get sick eating that one.

Not the wright kind don't eat it! Look for the ones growing in the cow poop with the purple on the stem. You will take a trip with out leaving the farm.
