    Ranger Crew vs Kawasaki Transmule

Narrowed down to these...gonna be one or the other. You guys have any advice/pros or cons on each. Also looking for a price check as I am willing to travel for a good deal.

    Thanks

    Two words...

    Test Drive

If money isn't a big factor, the test drive will make the decision very easy.

I've owned, beat on, mudded, marshed, rock crawled, hauled 6 people plus gear,
1500lbs of corn, pulled a 16' trailer with blinds and building stuff around the
lease... it's hard to beat the power, payload, ground clearance and "true" all
four wheels locked 4x4 on a Ranger.....

just depends on if you need that much machine for the money... if not... the mule
would be a good choice also..

Is there that big a difference in the price of the two? I crusied in a mule yesterday.....is seems small compared to a ranger. Then again the ranger seemed pretty big.

we have both. No offense to anyone, but the ranger has more peanuts than the mule by far. Just depends on what you will need it to do. I personally think we have had less problems with the mule, but the ranger works circles around it.

This has been discusssed many times on here before... I have a Transmule 2005 and it ran just under $9k.... the Ranger is higher and offers more speed and some more towing ability. I choose the mule cause the Ranger crew was not out then.... The rangers are louder than the mules... I tow mine with a 16 ft trailer tried on a 10' and it was too small, it did it but themule was all I could handle in it. If you have a wide open place the 4 seaters are nice..... tight quarters... you need a quad or a small utv.
