Any idea where to get a whole pig for Memorial weekend cookout in the DFW area?

I'd prefer a hairless (skin on) pig between 30lbs-75lbs. I bought one before that was gutting and hairless from a meat market in Garland, but they've since gone out of business. Any ideas?

Columbia Package. Ask for Dk 214-946-8171 its my father in law. He is a meat sales man and they do all the slaughtering there at the plant and all pigs are fresh.
