Can't wait for February

I just booked my airfare for a trip to the Groot River Valley in South Africa next year! Since I'll be there early in the hunting season, we'll be spot and stalking which will be a blast! I've already set up a 60yd target to go along with the 20 and 40 I usually practice on.

That'll be awesome. I never thought I wanted to bowhunt Africa then I met the guys of Badger Outfitters. I think that was there name. A lot more reasonable than I would have ever guessed, still kind of pricey, but managable. I am shotting for 2 years. Good luck over there.

What made you pick the off season?

An offer to come hunt had a lot to do with it and I've hunted hides twice now. It'll be a blast stalking I think. I'm hoping to get a bushpig at night too!
