How do I post a video?

I have a video on my computer in (my videos) on my pc that I am trying to post in the bowhunting video forum. When i try to dowload it under manage attachments it wont load. How do I post it?

It's pretty easy.
1) post on utube and then copy the embed link
2) load the pictures / videos into your personal section on the green screen. Then copy the embed code from your personal library and paste into the green screen.

or go to youtube.com, setup an account and upload your video, then take the code section out of the url given and post it between:

[ youtube ]code here[/ youtube ] (minus the spaces)

and it should come right up

ditto above. You-Tube is the best platform in my opinion which offers HD quality. There are others sights but they are most efficient in my opinion.
