just letting you know it is still available pat, i know you have turned it down for good reason but it is hard to sale one spot that far out there.. my dad the lease manager has already paid for the spot so we are just waiting for someone to take it.. i will keep you posted if it gets filled but i dont see that happening in the next few days.. if you would like i can get you intouch with my dad and maybe yall can work something out.. just let me know..

Awesome stuff Spur! Got with Pat yesterday and have him nailed down for a trip in June. Anticipation is gonna get the best of me before then. May have to do a East Bay run to keep my nerves settled down.
