They were done the traditional cabin style. Lightly breaded and pan fried in butter whole (Minus head and tail). The big brown was actually stocked by my Lycoming Creek Anglers club and had a tag in the dorsal fin. This was reported, recorded and we will see what kind of prize it will bring.
