Anyone operate/own vending route/machines

I am seriously considering buying some vending machines for a passive income. Anyone here have experience with that? I really want to investigate before I buy.

You can make good money if you have the money to sink into and buy the right routes.... Starting from scratch is hard and take a while to build up business.

I asked a co-worker who used to sell vending machines. He said don't do it!! It's all about location, and 95% of the good locations are already taken.

Plus most of the locations want a percentage. He said like 30 to 40 percent.

a friend of mine did it and it was a huge failire!!!! he told me dont let friends get into the vending machine business.

My mom's cousin's ex husband has tried just about every self employment job out there.

Vending machines were one of his biggest failures!

A friend of mine does it, but she picked up all of the old Tom's route in the area, so she does pretty good.

I think I'll just put an M&M and Skittles machine in my cube. I'll get rich $0.25 at a time. People will be lined up about 230pm every day wanting their sugar fix
