    Chili testers!

    Most of the samples are on the way. I tried to stretch the amount I had to meet the number of requests so the samples are not as large as I'd planned. The instructions say use a pound of meat but I'd suggest 1/2-3/4 of a pound to get more of the flavor.

                How the heck did I once again miss out as a tester on hawg products?

                    Thanks. I have a 3/4 lb BlackBuck backstrap wait for it. I will cube the backstrap add onions, jalapeno and a can of diced toamtoes. Let it simmer for 2 hours while sampleing some ice cold beverages. I do hope I made the cut.
