My brother has bow that he is not using because he has no time. His draw is 31" and mine is 28" how much would it cost to have the bow's draw shortened?

What kind of bow? Brand and model. There is a good chance you won't be able to make that kind of adjustment but need to know what kind of bow first.

If it is a Mathews, you can figure on 80-100 bucks for the cam.

X2, but I got a Cam for my Mathews from a TBH'er for $40. It's worth asking the TBH family. Put a post up and see who answers.
