He's killing those mice and rats the feeder is pulling in. He is saving you corn. He won't hurt the deer, just use up a bunch of camera space.

One of my professors used to tell us that if a cat was more than a half mile from a house, kill it. Feral cats kill a lot of birds.

Personally I'd leave him be, he will keep the non target species from eating up your corn, now if you feel he is scaring the deer away then you know what needs to be done.

Either way thats a quail and ground nesting bird predator and needs to go! They are worse than bobcats in most cases.
