    Coolest Ranch Gate Entrance

Passed by this new gate entrance this weekend and thought it must be a bowhunter. A new house and metal building are underway. I think it must belong to Russell Harris, who owns Pineywoods Taxidermy. He does great work and is a bowhunter. I'm sorry the pics do not show the detail of the arrow above the gate entrance, but he went to great pain to replicate a three blade broadhead.

Oscar, it is located between Union Grove and White Oak, America in south Upshur County, northeast of Gladewater.

I love some of the gates you see out in the country. I've done a few that I trade for hunts in the past as well as for pay. Here's one I did for an Axis hunt a few years ago.

                    Jaspro,
I've actually seen that gate, had me rolling when I saw it. I was on the way to Leuders a couple of years ago.

that is sweet. that took some time to get that perfected the way he did.

Jaspro; I used to go by that gate when I hunted in Santa Anna. I even stopped and took some pic's too. Theres another neat "eye catcher" in either Comanche or one of the other little towns along 36 out there. It's the "cowboys last ride" casket company !!!!
