I don't know how many of ya'll have aquariums but I have been raising fish for a lot of years and decided last summer to reuse my old dog kennel slab to built a fish house. I had one good friend that helped me a lot and everything went pretty well. The only oops was when he shot me in the leg with the nail gun....

I had already started taking it down before I thought to take a picture...by the way if anyone needs some used cinder blocks I can probably help you out....

2 weeks in ( remember I only had help on the weekends )

A look at the inside

look at the outside...

getting the water tanks..Seven 330 gallon water tanks for the attic...

tanks in the rafter.

Still needing finishing but coming together..

building the racks to hold the tanks...

nearly there

Back of some of the tanks going into the racks. The base holds about 300 gallons of water that is pumped up into the tanks. The tanks have an overflow hole drilled inthem and the water rans though some biological filtration and back into the base.

also runs though some sponge filters

A couple of tanks from the front

A few of the fish... everyone pets their fish..right?

with babies
