Get rid of the horizontal and vertical lines (sides/top) by cutting and piling brush. Cover the top with enough brush, or the netting you're talking about, to keep the sun from lighting it up.

I feel mine are best concealed when you can't make out the edges of them in any way.

Make sure the brush you cut to conceal it matches the brush it's sitting in. Also if you have your shooting window open, try to break up the outline of the hole with a little bit of brush around the edges. It's amazing how bad a black hole sticks out when looking at a big brush pile.

as said, brush it in to where you cannot see any of the pop up. make it look like it is supposed to be there. a rule of thumb is, when you think you have brushed it in enough, spend at least thirty more minutes doing so

And when it works at FirstPoint, you have figured it out.

                Good Luck

Artificial christmas tree's are great for brushing in blinds...they don't turn brown. I buy them at garage sales this time of year for dirt cheap. Just sayin'....

I use the woodlands camo. I hunt in south texas, theres alot of mesquite and alot of green so the netting blends in quite nice i think
