I just purchased a DXT on Ebay today. I tried to pay for it and apparently hit the wrong button and now I am having trouble trying to access the payment function. I emailed the seller and haven't heard back. Any suggestions?

log out then log back in. check your paypal and make sure you didnt pay for it. then go back into your ebay and tyr to payfor it again. that might work -
log into paypal directly and it should show you what you have wonComment

Be patient. Give the seller 24hrs. to contact you before trying to contact them again. If there is no response there should be place to contact Ebay customer service and they should help you resolve this issue. If using PayPal they can also help resolve things.Comment

This seller accepts Credit Cards and I think that is the problem. When I won it asked me if I wanted to use a CC. I said yes thinking that I could just use the one that was on my Paypal account. When I selected it I was out of options. I will give him 24 hours and then try again. It was a sweet bow so I dont want to miss out on it for a glitch or user error on the computer. If he'll take a cc ask for his phone # and give it to him verbally. I've done that on ebay transactions since I don't have (or want) a Paypal account. EBay and PayPal, both SJ-based companies by the way and I've never met anybody who worked for either living here.Comment
