Dell computer accessories question

i have a Dell Inspiron E1505 and i need a new battery and ac power supply. They are $155 and $125 from Dell. I googled them both and found them for $44 and $20. Are they the same or should i only buy them from Dell for some reason?

Have the same laptop and my battery went out last year.
I got mine from discount electronics here in austin for around 50.Its a real dell battery.
They have a website u can order from.

Also checkout an Interstate battery store near you. Sometimes they're higher sometimes they're lower, but I've managed to get laptop batteries from them before for less than the manufacturer wanted.

The aftermarket ones are fine, just make sure the vendor has a decent return policy/warranty just like anything else you would buy.
