Its a torrent search engine. I'm not sure what you want to know, its similar to limewire in that it is a distributed peer-to-peer network. As with all of them obtaining copyrighted material over them is technically illegal, and viruses and trojans abound. Use at your own risk. Personally I find it almost as convenient to pick them up used for $5 at a resale store a few months later and encode them myself. Its actually less of a hassle many times. So I guess short answer its russian roulette...

ISOhunt no longer hosts torrents on its website and instead works as a torrent search engine pointing you to various other sites not yet being spanked by the RIAA/MPAA.
