    MISSION COMPLETE!*****100 push ups

Well the time came yesterday. I finally completed week 6 (took over 8 weeks) and it was time for the final test.

Made it through 60 with ease, then started knockin em' down 10 at a time till 80. After 80 it was a fight to do 3 then 2, then back to 3 and then 2. But I pushed through and did100 military push ups!

For those still doing the program, stick with it. It WILL work if you dont cheat it. I started 8 weeks ago with a max of 32, and my GF started with a max of 9 and is now starting week 6 in the far right column (doing over 60 on her final set).

Don't know if I have lost weight, I look like it (been dieting also). But def feel better and stronger. Also helps with my energy, and shooting.

    Keep it up

What an incredible goal to accomplish! That is awesome. My shoulder hurts just from reading this.

Do you see yourself cranking your bow weight up if you are able to keep the program up?

My sholders, back, chest and arms were not small to start with, but I could easily add weight to my bow. I switched to 60 from 70 about 7-8 years ago and dont plan on changing. I can hold alot steadier, and shoot longer now for sure.

Did Day 1 of Week 4 yesterday and it about kicked my arse! Of course the fact that I had just layed out 2 pallets of St. Augustine grass probably didn't help either!

            Congrats on finishing.

The 100 pushups training program. Strengthen and sculpt your arms, abs, chest and glutes by training to do 100 consecutive push-ups in six weeks.

I finished, so I know what an acomplishment it is. I really was able to see a difference, but it just wore my arms and shoulders out which kept me from dooing any other type of workout. Congrats!
