Had two packs of Tenderloins that my wife pulled out of the freezer yesterday for supper today.
Heres how its gonna go....
One small yellow onion, one pack of presliced baby 'bella mushrooms, little olive oil, panko bread crumbs, mozzarella cheese.



Onion and mushrooms saute in a little olive oil, with salt pepper and garlic!

After mushrooms are soft, add in bread crumbs and turn off heat.

Lay open the tenderloin and put one piece of cheese in it, then load up with stuffing!

Wrap with Bacon and secure with a tooth pick.

I had two pieces of bacon left so I diced it up and cooked it, I added the leftover stuffing to the bacon pieces. This will be the topping for the finished product.

I'll try to remember to take pics when it comes out of the oven, no promises though.
