I use paint as well.

Open the photo in paint, choose "stretch / skew" in the "image" drop down bar, and type in the percentage you want to decrease the pic. Then choose "attributes" in the image drop down bar to see the actual size.

if you have windows 7 go to paint,open up the photo and click on the resize button,put in your percentage and poof your done

Create a free photobucket.com account, upload to there, resize to large and post the link in your thread.

www.photobucket.com download them to there and then copy and paste the img code to tbh and it will size them for you the acount is free to set up its what i use

i'm glad you are asking. there is nothing worse than someone having something for sale in the classifieds and saying "i can't figure out how to post pics. email me". there are no telling how many sales don't happen because people can't post pics.
