Sorry i don't know what +p means

if +P is not on the box, then they aren't.

It means there is a little more powder. Some guns can't handle +P, but your Taurus probably can. It is a nice gun.

Not really sure what you mean by HIGH SHOCK. Most High Shok is rifle ammo, not pistol. And then there is the Federal Hi-Shock, also not a typical 45 caliber round.
