    3 Year old T-Ball!

My little man, Dax, had his first T-ball game this past Saturday. Myself and a buddy of mine are the coaches. His boy and my boy are cousins. My son is all about baseball. It's all he thinks about and all he wants to do. And he's really good at it too.

Anyways, thought I'd share a couple of pictures with you all.

That brings back memories and nightmares. (I coached and umpired all through my sons baseball days. 12 years.)
Now I'm a Grandpa and my grandson is in coach pitch. Love it.

BTW, I like your boys stance at the plate.

Way to go Dad, best years of your life are right now. He's watching all you do as you teach him all you can. Make it count!

Coaching is a blast. With as little practice as we've had, I was really shocked at how well the game turned out.

At that age, if everyone actually runs to first instead of third after hitting the ball, it's a good day

We did have one of those. It was a good laugh for everyone.

Really it's all about the snacks. Those pictures are too cool. May he grow up and play pro and take care of dad for teaching him so well!

I hope that is the case. He tells me he wants to grow up and play baseball for the Longhorns.

I keep telling him to get after it!

My brother's little boy started T-Ball this year, too. He lives in Groves, too, but I'm not sure what team he's on.
