What do yall know about the Browning Lightning bow

I found one of these on Ebay for my Dad and wonder if yall thought it was worth having. He wants to try bow hunting but can't find a lower priced started bow to fit him (31" 50-60lbs). Or what bows in with those specs do yall recommend looking for? Any advice is appreciated.
