Good whitetail hunt?

Hi guys...I already posted this in the rate the day lease section but only got one recommendation. Figured more people would see it here.

Just wondering on some opinions for a solid whitetail hunt in Texas. It would be a graduation gift and my father and I along with two family friends are looking for a good hunt that is affordable. Looking to try to keep it around or under $2,000 a person.

bow or rifle?
cull/management or trophy?

under 2k is gonna be hard to do IMO

The Slator Ranch is in that price range and we always had a great time and took home decent deer every year, lots of hogs to shoot and lots of deer as well.

Some of us would most likely bow hunt and some would want to use their rifle. Type of hunt would really matter on price.

Does the slator ranch have a website? It would be great to go to a place with hogs as well
