I hate Ebay

I sold a Harley that was in pieces for a co worker through my account. He had agreed to pay me a part of what we got. Before it was over it cost me money in fees.

Just got off the phone with paypal to relieve a little of this tension I am feeling. I explained that it shows the bow was signed for Monday morning at 7:49 and the guy never has responded to emails, I sent plenty just updating the status, and I doubt he is going to rush home and leave feedback right away. The guy at paypal told me to wait 3 days after the product has been delivered and to call back and they will lift the hold on my funds. Hey, it's better than 21 days.

I sold two cell phone batteries and a charger for $5 on ebay one time. It cost me $8 bucks to ship and eBay charged me a $1.85 fee for listing it. Boy, I got screwed....

Can't you write that off on your taxes as a charitable donation?

Ebay is awesome , just be careful who you buy from..... you need to contact paypal dispute center and tell them the deal..... Usually it only takes 3 business days for a paypal money transfer .

I wonder if it matters if you are a verified seller and or if you are a premier member or the bank account thing...

I have been on ebay for 10+ years and paypal since it came out, granted I have not sold anything on there in a while but I do not recall them ever holding anything....
