    Looking for a chuckwagon cook.

I am trying to locate a chuckwagon cook for the weekend of May 1st. The owners of our ranch as well as some important clients will be coming in to hunt and we want to do something special for them.
I tried to get Bill Cauble out of Albany but he is booked that weekend. If anyone knows of a good chuckwagon cook please let me know.

I would check with Terry at Fred's Texas Cafe in Fort Worth.

He is also a bow hunter.

Terry is an awesome cook and a very unique character as well. I think he would put on a show as well produce some outstanding food. If he is busy, he should be able to recommend one. I would also recommend a trip to Fred's Texas Cafe in Fort Worth to check it out if you have not been there before.
