Cut breast out, cut into strips. Marinate in italian dressing and seasoning, dip in flour and fry. Best you will ever eat.

Breast it out, keep the thighs. Don't have to gut it out. Fans, spurs, and beards make good trophys.

Ate turkey fajitas last night. Also love to make tacos and chicken fry.

I got all my beards and a few tail feathers from every bird I've killed in a big clay jar on the mantle. It looks kind of cool sitting up there, sort of like flowers but with feathers.

Smarts arrangement looks great as well. I may have to do that with a nice fan, but all the ones I've shot lately have been fighting so they are beaten to high holy.

+1 on breasting out the bird. Cook however you like. Wild turkey is awesome.

My wife makes a serious pot of Turkey and dumplings with my birds.... yummmm!!!! I have two full size mounts done...one is flying and the other is in full strut. A few words word of advice, flying mounts take up a large amount of wall and spend the extra cash and get the head freeze dried (it looks much better than the fake ones.)
