Wow, several other links around reporting on it, so maybe not a total fraud. Didn't really check any of them. Pretty cool idea. Of course with that Ralfus(sp?) round from the Barrett you have two ways to get it done I guess.

I'm still waitin' on the guns and ammo that I saw on Discovery. The powder charge is in the base of the bullet with no casing and it's set off electronically. Haven't seen or heard anymore about it and that was a couple of years ago.
