TBH Braintrust - MS Excel question

Using MS Excel 07 -

How do you start a new paragraph within a cell?

My friend said she used to do it by typing her line, then pressing 2 keys, and start her bulletted list. I've never heard of it, but it sure would be handy in our line of work.
