Need Dumpster in Spring Branch Area

Need some recommendations from some of you dumpster experts out there. I will be cleaning out my folks garage and back yard storage sheds and was wondering what size dumpster it would take. Got any suggestions?

I needed one in Victoria. BFI was the only provider in that area.

I think you're going to want a "roll off box". They bring it out, then you call them to pick it up when it's full or you're done. The one we got was about 20 feet long.

a 20 footer is a good size... you'll be amazed how fast you can fill one up.. just be
sure to box and bag everything that the wind can blow all over... and get a paper
shredder handy in case there is old receipts or statements that need to be destroyed.

I use Envirolink. They are located in Spring Branch and the owner lives in Spring Branch. Great pricing and service. The owner is Kevin Poe -713-464-9200. I'm assuming you mean the Spring Branch area of Houston since your location says Katy, not the town of Spring Branch.

As far as size there isn't that much difference in pricing so I would get as big as you think you will need and will still fit where it needs to be parked.

If you going to be loading it from the sides I would go with a 30 yard roll off.

If you can open the door and load it that way you can use a 40 yard roll off.

The difference is that you have 6' sides or 8' sides.

I'm sure it varies depending on the area, but I THINK mine, for about a month, emptied twice (they also charged for the weight at the dump), was about $600.

I rent all of mine from Pot of gold. $350 for a 40 yrd roll off and you can keep it till you fill it up. Best deal I found on them.
