Need a source for minnows, south of Houston

I am tired of putting up with the attitude and arrogance at Rays Feedstore. Is there any other source for fishing minnows in the Pearland, Manvel, Alvin area?

If not, how do I go about getting my own fishing minnows?

There are a couple places in houston where you can buy them by the pound but you would need a tank and aerator to keep them alive.

the manvel feed store has them. well, at least they did last time i was there. If not there, there is a place here in angleton that has em. if you cant get them in manvel and will come to angleton for them let me know and ill give you directions.

No, you are correct. Manvel Feed used to carry minnows but they have changed hands several times and don't carry them anymore. Rays Feedstore is the only place I have found locally but the owner is a piece of work! I don't like going there and the hubby refuses to go anymore.

I've known Les Ray for a long time and YES he is arrogant and a piece of work. Are you fishing for crappie around Manvel or going out to the Dow lakes?

I'm fishing around here. The cold front pushed them deeper but they will be back up once it warms up a bit more. I want to be ready.
