Dale is right. Cut the sheets so the flashing goes up behind the sheets. The only thing I do different, is have the flashing stop on top of the brick with a bead of silicone underneath. Talk to Mueller, they have this flashing allready.

You can do it both ways but if you run your panel all the way down, make sure it runs down to the brick ledge past your finished floor elevation. Set your weep holes at 32" O.C.
