Fast start on growing rack?

Here is a pic of a buck coming in to a protein feeder this past weekend. All of the other bucks have started to fork, but this buck looks to be a stag but without the velvet. Sorry about the picture size, I can't get them any larger without going over the size restrictions.

i'd say stag there's no way deer are that big right now unless he's gonna go about 250"

Strange. I guess he could just be a really, really late shedder. He'll bear watching.

I'm thinking stagtoo, but it does not look like he has velvet. If he has not dropped yet, when is he going to finish growing his antlers, November?
