        On travel channel now. As for the earlier comment that Im stupid. anything that taste like ground runny meat mixed with oil and stuffed in a casing and called sausage I am going to spit out.

                Everybody has an opinion...I was not all that impressed by Blacks and have yet to try Chisolm. time for a trip to all 4 again.

                      Wife and I are currently looking into a trip to Gruene to see Hayes Carl in July....which will include a swim through Lockhart/Luling as well as a stop off in Taylor on the way home.

                        You will not regret it Dale.

                        Also, oredering sausage at a BBQ joint is somewhat overrated.....you can get Opa's or Meyer's at the grocery store. It's all about ribs and brisket.

                                Don't know if yall have Kroger down there or not, but up here they carry the "Chapel Hill" line of smoked sausage....and it is tasty!
