Vortex Optics, Double thumbs up!

Sent a pair of binos in for warranty work late last week. They arrived in WI Monday. Got them back in my sweaty hands this morning, no charge, no questions. They replaced the body, replaced a focus rod and replaced both eyecups.

What I learned is don't drop them on the road, but if you do, send them on back and they'll fix you up.
